Specialising in US and EU markets, I work with Expedia's internal agency to concept and create everything from AI-powered chatbots and custom-made microsites to social ads, OOH placements and in-depth articles for international tourism boards, global airlines and leading hotel groups.

Project: AI-powered chatbot 

Brief

To encourage visitors to embrace their own adventure in Florida, we created an AI-powered chatbot offering travellers bespoke recommendations. I wrote both UX and creative copy to keep users engaged, leading them to a personalised video and activity CTA. Supporting long-form travel articles were also written for each region of the state.

Project: Wander in their footsteps

Brief

To give visitors to Mississippi a true, authentic taste of southern hospitality, we created the 'Wander in their footsteps' campaign. From blues music to Delta cuisine, our concept  highlighted the greatest cultural and historical achievements of the state, exploring where they began and how best to see them.

Brief

After being awarded 'World's Best Business Class' by Skytrax, Qatar Airways wanted to spotlight its premium business class product, including its QSuite and on-demand à la carte menu. We created a dynamic side-scroll microsite for the airline, including sections on Hamad International Airport and Doha as a destination.

Brief

To concept and create an OOH digital billboard to promote the Dominican Republic at Atlanta's State Farm Arena during the Atlanta Hawks vs. Orlando Magic game.

Project: Custom website

Brief

To concept and write a microsite for Visit London to attract visitors through targeted social ads. The site focused on three key tourism topics: food, sightseeing and experiences. These areas were explored in depth through dedicated webpages, highlighting the capital's most iconic sites.

Brief

To create a digital concept and write copy for Visit Madeira to attract visitors to the island through targeted social ads. The concept that evolved was 'Behind Closed Doors'; shown below are examples from the campaign landing page.
