Brief
A fast-growing apartment-hotel group, The July tasked us with creating a Commercial Campaign Playbook that rethinks its design and communication assets – ensuring all paid media and commercial campaigns remain scalable and on-brand.

Our solution
Adopting a modular approach, we built assets on a grid-based system. This allowed images and copy to be swapped in and out effortlessly across asset types, acting as a structured foundation for creative, scalable performance and brand ads.
