Brief

The Student Hotel was renamed The Social Hub to better reflect its commercial positioning and customer base. I was tasked with writing a new brand book, TOV guidelines, OOH messaging, transition film and other brand assets for the hospitality company.

Impact Report

Since the rebrand, I have written and edited The Social Hub's annual Impact Report. As a B Corp, the report meets strict criteria for transparency and accuracy, outlining the company's social and environmental achievements and shortfalls.

Transition film

The Social Hub wanted to craft a film to explain its rebrand internally and externally using existing footage and photography. Narrated by the company's founder and CEO, it has since been used at dozens of launch and pitch events.
